My foremost goal with each of my clients is to build a genuine and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and truly seen. I work to create a space that is steeped in authenticity, openness and ultimately trust. That solid relational foundation and my straightforward approach aim to allow you the freedom to explore your goals and your unique life experiences.
What Angela Can Help You With
Developing a deeper understanding of our own history and story lets us first explore the way it impacts our current emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and ultimately become the authors of our ongoing narrative in a way that honors who we have been, who we are and who we want to become. We can work together toward building the internal safety needed to pursue healing; uncovering and disentangling the things that have shaped who you are; and developing the skills you want to live a life that is centered on what you value most.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex relational trauma, attachment wounding, and spiritual trauma or abuse; who are deconstructing or reconstructing their faith; who are navigating shame, grief, boundaries, life transitions, anxiety, or depression.
